* ''Johann „Hans“ Impler'' (died 1385), a clothier and councillor, was member of the outer city council from 1364 to 1374, and after 1371 member of the inner city council. He was apparently wrongly declared responsible for the high tax charges by the citizens of Munich, and was tortured and beheaded during the citizens' revolts against the dukes Stephen III and Frederick. This occurrence was later called "Impleraufstand", analogously to uprising against Impler. * ''Franz Impler'', son of Hans Impler, a residential house owner in Munich and benefactor
